Having been a sky BB user for just over a year my netgear decided to throw a wobbly the wireless side died.
connection to the net was fine just the wireless side didn’t work, time to ring C/S having been with a few ISP’s i was expecting a long wait before speaking to a real person i was pleasantly surprised after pressing a few keys i was promptly put through to a sky agent ‘female’ less than 2 minutes.
Explained the problem to her, she was pleasant and polite we did a few tests, which i had already tried, the conclusion was a faulty router and would need replacing.
BUT she told me i was out of contract Gulp! Oh no
Time to turn on the charm, she told me that she would need to talk to her supervisor, lots of tapping on her keyboard, the man says ok.
a router will be posted out expect to receive within 5 to 10 days
4 days later i am the proud owner of a brand new Sagem router now that’s what i call service.
Her parting words were I wish all my calls were like yours.
