Red face BB Problems sorted, now a happy Sky User!

Recently moved home having prevously had virgin fibre optic broadband I had to change to adsl.
Despite mates trying to convince me I needed to pay £25 for BB alone to adsl24 I decided I would take sky along with the Tv service.
Problems began as soon as my line went active, had terrible intermittent connections, with drop outs every 15 mins max.
endless calls to CST, test socket tried and re-tried, no extentions....list goes on.
Eventually after 6 days of poor service I said I wanted a new router or they can forget my contract, router arrived and.....works like a charm! Not a single hitch or dropped connection since, my current uptime is 193:20:06!
At present my d/l is 3392 kbps, even though my line can support up to 6 meg, however Ill resolve this issue in time, speed was never my main concern, only a stable connection and a low ping for using Xbox Live.
Got both now and Im glad to say Ill be staying with Sky for the forseeable future as Im on Mid Level and for £5 per month you cannot beat the service.

All in all, good job Sky!

Post the router stats and someone may be able to point where the fault lies. You will need the proper stats though so things like SNR, errors etc can be seen.
