Talking My Migration...

So far so good...

Got my router 2 days after ordering BB about 10 days ago, and I'm on Connect...

went live this morning, sync'd up first time and it seems my attenuation has gone from 51 to 45!! so now syncing at over 5Mbps with an SNR of 15!!

does anyone know if Connect deliberately sets SNR high? if so, then looks like i'll hopefully gain 2Mbps and keep stable...all this with the V2 Netgear router and nothing to complain about so far.

4 email addresses set up in 5 minutes too - top work!!!

IANTE

Re: My Migration...

^^ i had noticed you had changed service (by your profile).

not sure about the SNR, may be down to the training period.

Re: My Migration...

well, it would seem my train in is complete and i have a stable 4.5Mbps downstream, downloading at around 450KB/sec on http and as you can see on my sig, a speedtest of just shy of 4mbps (have had one over 4 but most average out around 3.9)

me = happy bunny!!!

Re: My Migration...

Hope you are not thinking of using your own router, IANTE, or I will have to arrange to get your account suspended.
