excellent forum

i must say this forum tipped the balance in favour of skyBB even though its not officially supported by sky. despite all the horror stories doing their rounds i decided to give skyBB a try after seeing the level of support on this forum. give yourselves a round of applause you guys for helping all the newbies out there get the best out of mediocre equipment and service.

by taking the mid package i am now 6mbps faster than before and knocked off a tenner from my BB bill and i didnt have to 'spend-up' or take out a new contract to get something for 'less' as with those mobile phone contracts.

i decided to give skyBB a try after seeing the level of support on this forum.

The only reason it is this level of support is that we all work together to help each other.

At the end of the day, some people will always know more than others, but helping those who don't know is what our site is all about, and without it's members, would just be another website.

no offence, but how do you know they wouldn't have fixed it? ok, so there are a lot of stories of bad service on here but that's only from members - you never tend to hear of companies doing good do you?

anyway, glad you find it helpfull here - it's helped me to provide a better service to Sky customers so long may it continue

i'm glad i gave Sky BB a try, after resolving some initial problems with the help of this forum, i am pleased with the connection i'm getting infact its the best value broadband i have used so far.
