A big thanks to Andy Reynolds

I was being charged too much as my info was wrong - 2 HD subs.
Mailed Customer Services & Andy Reynolds dealt with it - result was a refund & details amended. Sky should have got it right first time but a big up for Andy sorting it out. This is how CS should be all the time.
