I joined sky on the 22/11/07, Received router 28/11/07, was activated on the 4/12/07 submitted a request for my max delay to be fixed for my ping but i was extremely happy with the speed anyway. got a reply on the 6/12/07 asking for my routers serial code and mac code sent it back, received an e-mail today saying he had setup a ticket, and it will take about 5days but they had done it today(7/12/07) im extrmely happy with this service.

You know, I think they are getting better ! and you know what? I think they are listening to the people on here. Because how many people come here for advice and get tier 3 equivelant advice and go away very happy indeed. This forum is educating the skyuser untill they become an expert in all fields of sky apps. I think sky should have a link to this sight put on there main page. It costs nothing, and your streight through to tier 4 ! infact thousands of them!!

That is a good point, looking around various websites the number of complaints do seem to be down. There just need to fix the email related problems that are around at present.

I noticed the other day that Sky came third in a customer satisfaction poll. BT came rock bottom.
