New to sky, so far excellent

Hi all, I am a new sky Broadband user having migrated from Orange. I was activated Tuesday morning around 11:30 am and I got to say that I am very impressed so far with the service. Below is my speed results from Broadband Max and Speedtest:

Speedtest from BB Max

Speedtest from Speedtest

Ping is not bad either. At peak time last night, I was still getting fast speeds which orange did not have. All in all happy so far, and thought I would post about it.

This is ridiculuos, trying to dishearten new people. If you have nothing sensible to add then why not keep your mouth shut!

Re: New to sky, so far excellent

I can only add that i have had no problems with my service since the 9 months i have been with Sky, as we are aware sky have hit the million mark with their customer base, so they must be doing something right. It is only a very small percentage that suffers problems, however i do concede that their customer support could be much better. This forum manages to advise people of the best way to sort out many of the day to day problems.
