Hate to say it but - keep your fingers crossed!
The wireless features of the sky (netgear) router are notoriously bad, I cannot say if it is the sky firmware which is being used or the actual model of the router as I have to use another netgear router which I have to use for feeding media around the house.
Try feeding some big files through it wirelessly (?) or use your pc as a media server via the sky router and things will come to an abrupt end
For general surfing (wired or wireless) it should be ok (make sure you turn off the UPNP feature on the router).
If you do manage to get a nice stable connection and a respectable download speed the you should be well pleased (as I am I should add).
£10 for a constant 14.6Mbps d/l speed and I was paying Virgin Media £38 a month for the same speeds.
Glad things are going well for you - this is an amazing forum to get help with all things "sky" so keep popping back for updates and hints.
