Fast, friendly service
Not often heard about sky CS, but in this case true.
I left my company, and as a result was going to lose my broadband. Sky advised on how to obtain my MAC code, and I duly obtained it from Eclipse.
Letter from sky a couple of days later to confirm my broadband package etc. 5 days later, eclipse broadband stops working, but my existing router shows that the sync has gone from 2mb to 8 mb. Phone sky cs, call answered in seconds, friendly guy on the phone confirms activation due that day, and confirms router will arrive next day.
Get a phone voice text from sky confirming line active.
Router turns up am next day and set up within 5 mins.
Just tweaked my wireless settings and am getting 7560kbs download and 400kbs upload.
Just did a trial download from microsoft and it peaked at 1.1mb
Very Very Happy.
