I've got to echo what most people said in the previous thread.

I've been with AOL for 9 years, so I looked for positive feedback on here to help make up my mind to switch and I'm glad I did.

I signed up online on 21st Aug. They gave me a date of 3rd Sep and I was indeed online that day. Downloads are much quicker than with AOL even though it's nominally the same package, but at £5 a month instead of £21.99.

My son couldn't get his Wii to work, so I suggested he have a look on here and he found details of a security setting he needed to change. It works fine now.

So thanks, folks, for an excellent and very useful site.
