      Sky kids app downloads

      I'm using the sky kids app and have been able to download programmes on to a Kindle Fire however they all disappear after a say of so. None have been watched previously so the 48 hour timer should not have started.

      Downloads get deleted after 7 days or sometimes earlier depending on the rights arrangement.
      It should tell you when you download them that they can be kept for 7 days or less if so.

      Is your tablet on the supported list or is it side-loaded?

      Sorry for the delay in replying. The tablet is a new kindle fire hd downloaded from the amazon app store. I had thought the issue was due to being abroad and logging into the hotel WiFi. However I've just tried downloading a few episodes and waiting a few days with the WiFi turned off and get the same issue.

      Sorry, but you'll need to contact Sky direct on their forum or by calling customer support for help with their official apps. It should work but for them to fix it they need real customer experience feedback of issues.
