It would probably be blocked because the IP address would show that you're not in the UK. I'm not sure if you can get a VPN or other 'IP cloaking' app for the iPad, but that's what you may need. I assume you'll be using the hotel's internet access, and not 3G, because you could rack up some roaming charges otherwise ?

Sky Go is only available in UK and RoI, which makes a nonsense of their boast 'Watch Anywhere'. To access it outside this area you would need to go through a UK based proxy server. From what I have read, the free ones are too slow to be much good but I could be wrong.

Have a look at - UK Proxy Server - UK VPN British IP address for BBC iPlayer, 4OD, ITV Player, Live UKTV, Spotify, Sky Sports, SeeSaw

I don't know whether they do weekly/monthly rates.

It is totally possible to watch Sky Go abroad because I do. I am based in Florida and I use a UK based VPN from a firm called removed - they supply me with both the VPN access and the Sky Go account. Stream quality is top dollar.

Dude, it's obvious that you work for that company, by your username and your email address, we do not allow free advertising on this website especially for someone trying to promote that people can watch Sky outside of the intended territory.
