      Thumbs up pop3 problem

hi, i had the same problem but i think i have solved it. i did two things not sure which one worked but i`ll tell you them both. first i created an identicle account and made one of them default, next i removed macaffe and installed a free anti virus programme called AVG and a free version of zone alarm, presto the pop3 mail setting has not changed for about a week now, try it and good luck .
