      Mail going into trash

      Hi there,

I've just got myself a Samsung Galaxy tab 2 and I've set up my e-mail account on it, the problem is that when I download my new e-mail on the Galaxy it goes into trash on the Sky portal, anyone got any ideas why this should be happening.

      Thanks

      irene

If you are using an email account using IMAP then when you delete a message on your phone, it will synchronise with the server and mark it as deleted on your Sky account.

Using IMAP is perhaps the best way when using the same email account on multiple devices/platforms.

If you were to move the message to a specific folder, it would also then be moved to that folder on all the different platforms too.
