Just ignore it. It's likely to be somebody who innocently uses the same logon name as you on various web site registrations, and are just trying to reset the password on their account, thinking they have registered with the same name you have registered with.

These messages go to the registered email address of the account owner, so there is no danger they will gain access to your account.

I had one ages ago on a sky account I have, I just ignored it and never got another one. I do know that someone out there has a similar username to one of my additional users as I kept getting someone of his emails for a while.

What might have happened is that someone has a similar username to you and might have mis-spelt it when requesting this password reset.

I used to get frequent emails from sky calling me Susan!

They must have thought I was a Tranny!

Took me ages to get them to realise their mistake.
