Re: Instructions for getting Sky Email (Google) on your Mobile
BigD - you are a star*
Tried all morning with a htc agent - nothing - you fixed it in one. I am so grateful. Will send it to htc for other customers (if they are remotely interested.!)

Re: Configuring HTC
Hi there ,
Just noticed the settings that Big D had posted. I've had these sewttings on my HTC Desire for around 10 months now and everything has worked fine - up until last week. Now I have difficulty in receiving any email. When I try to refresh my inbow, I get a "Network Error" alert. I went through the settings again, but it doesnt like the SSL security setting - Says the incoming server doesnt support it!
Anyone else experienced this problem?

Re: Configuring HTC
I don't know what's changed. My wife and I have the same phones, both started playing up last week. Her's now seems to be ok, but mine still wont receive emails. Neither phone has had any settings changed.

Re: Configuring HTC
Unless BigD can help - sorry I haven't a clue. My wife's HTC is a "Wildfire S A510e" and there have been no problems with that one.

Re: Configuring HTC
Hi there,
I got my htc incredible s through yesterday and since have been trying to set my sky e-mails up however still had problems... Gone through every step that Big D has given and all logged in fine no more notifications saying that it cannot connect to the server but now I can't seem to get any e-mails through including previous e-mails already read that are on my sky account...
