Email Password Problem (2 passwords)

I decided to strengthen my Sky Webmail password on the Sky web site. The change was was successful - I can access my email through the sky website using the new password.

My problem is - when I use my email client to access Sky mail, it continues to ask for my old password, if I substitute my original password for the new one created on the sky website, then I can no longer access my email using the email client.

How can I alter the password that my email client uses to access Sky mail?

Effectively at the moment I use two different passwords:

One to access my email through Sky's web page, and another to access my email when I use my email client - which I need to strengthen.

Try using the "Forgotten my password link" on sky.com. Sign out (if signed in) click on "Sign In), click on forgotten password and follow the prompts. This should reset all passwords in use on the sky.com, mysky and sky email servers.
