Unable to access Sky.com

Hi All

I have been with Sky Broadband since the beginning without any problems at all - yeah I'm one of the lucky ones. However, last night I was unable to access sky.com, emails & tools or anything sky related. I couldn't even access my emails via mail.google.com/a/sky.com - and it's still the same this morning. Is anyone else having problems or just me? If it's just me any suggestions how to rectify the problem. I am able to access all other websites and browse no problem. I am in the Carlisle area.

I did have a look for a solution on this site prior to posting and couldn't find anything. Mind you, in in office that's 29 degrees my brain is turning to mush so could well have missed it. Is it possible you can help?

yeah it went down yesterday afternoon - although it hasn't affected me...perhaps as I'm on Connect...i dunno...

same here in bury area last night and this morning but just gone in to work and can access sky. com but not tried emails yet.

I can access sky.com and my emails at work. Hopefully by the time I go home all will be sorted there. At least I know I am not alone.

It was a bit hit and miss yesterday evening, but today sky.com is totally dead !

I can get on it now...it's being worked on at the mo but no idea what caused it...

same problem here cannot access hompage or email erc ,its been like this since yesterday, still the same today !!

Curiouser and curiouser... I normally use Firefox so I decided to try IE and it worked eventually after a couple of tries, and I could access my e-mail.
Then I tried Firefox again and got as far as logging in successfully. Clicking on my e-mail link seemed to cause a few problems switching and loading Google, and I got "stopped" in my browser a few times, but eventually that worked Ok. So still hit and miss...
