Have you read the following....You receive error 0x800ccc90 or error 0x800ccc18 when you try to log on to Exchange Server by using Secure Password Authentication

In the Email Accts>More Settings>Advanced tab Check that Incoming is set to Port 965 and Outing to 465, with both SSL boxes ticked.
