My Sky account
How do you access your account if both username and password are forgotten?? Sky's auto form in these cases is based on knowing one of them + mother's maiden name.
Tip please as SKY does not provide a helpline telephone number.

Re: My Sky account
Would your username be part of your email address, for example if your address is bloggs@sky.com then your login username would be bloggs..
That is of course only if you have set up a primary email address.

Re: My Sky account
Ring broadband technical support they will give you your username if you tell them you do not know it.
Voila, you can reset your password.
Not sure I understand the do not provide a helpline telephone number comment.

Re: My Sky account
user name is the first part of your email address (without @sky.com) other than that call sky, take the broadband, technical support, tier 1 option and they can tell you what the account user name is, they can then take you through a password reset to get back into the account.
