Hi Reddwarfcrew, I sortof understand how your defending Sky's answer to this matter, and partially agree. However I have many reasons to be annoyed with Sky's customer service because 2 months ago thay turned my broadband off, and said it was a technical hitch and I have to re-order the service, Man would you believe it, I was without any internet for 5 Weeks, yes 5 Weeks. I was again lied to, had phone put down on me, Even though I wasn't rude, told to phone BT about 10 times, cause it was their problem.. Blah, Blah, Blah, you get the point. Anyway many thanks for your suggestion, I eventually managed to rectify the problem by using my domain name e mail smtp as an outgoing server. But is was your thoughts that sparked the further investigation, I'm just happy now cause my wife is. Cool Stuff and thanks again.
