      Additional Email problem (new portal)

      My main account has been xfered to the new portal but I cannot access my wifes emails to add this onto Outlook Express.

      Has anyone worked this out yet?

      I had same problem - log into sky/e-mail tools using wifes username and password.

      That worked for me.

      I've just tried that and it didn't work - can't get any additional e-mails or the main account in outlook express - i am getting annoyed now tried most of yesterday and have started again today !!!!

      have you changed your outlook settings to the new skoogle settings and enabled it in the portal? if not, thats why that isn't working...
