      sky portal / mysky problems ?

      hi

      when i log in to the sky portal and then goto mysky I see no options to add additional users or to view any type of account information. Where am i going wrong?

      In the image that you attached you had not logged in yet - you need to click on "Log In" - once you do you'll get the additional options.

      sorry, i thought that was me logged in, as it gave me a "Welcome my name" message on top left of screen which i blanked out on the screenshot for privacy.

      anyways, logged in and then I get this screen -

      and i take it I goto Manage Your My Sky Profile next ? I see no other account related links. I then get this screen where i can edit my profile. I don't see any other options to add users or emails.

      Same for me, messed around for a while and then gave up. I just wanted to check my statement as my sky box isn't connected to the phone line at the moment.

      Got exactly the same problem, plus I cannot log into my webmail anymore, just get a page not found error after entering username and password. This has been working for the previous 3 months though.

      Spoke to sky last night and they said that they would look into it but I wouldnt get a response for up to 5 days. They also admitted to having numerous calls about the same problems, and they credited me a fiver.

      I am fairly certain also that the sky webmail junk folder is holding some important emails for me which is handy (my fault I suppose for relying on skys email)
