Re: New Sky Email SMTP and POP Settings (powered by Google)

I have set that up but get the same message when I try to log in there aswell:- Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Username and password not accepted.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

It seems that my password or username is wrong, don't know why it would change. Is it the same as the My Sky password? That is the only thing that I have changed recently.

Antony

Re: New Sky Email SMTP and POP Settings (powered by Google)

Antony, have you been upgraded to the new email powered by Google. If not then you should not be using these settings as they will not work for you.
