Can't login to Sky Portal? - Try this

° Go to Sky.com - Home
° Click 'login/register'- top right of page
° Click 'password help' (do not enter username at this point)
° Enter 'username'
° Click 'Next'
° Enter security question, answer (usually Mothers Maiden Name)
° Create new password (password must be between 7 and 12 characters with at least 1 number and in lower case)
° If does not accept, try numerous times
° Click 'Next'
° You should get confirmation of new password
° Once this is completed, click ‘My Sky’ tab within sky.com
° Click ‘My Sky Profile’
° Log in with username and (new) password
° Click ‘View My Sky Profile’
° On the bottom right hand side, click ‘Edit’
° If you wish a new password, enter here and update information which is unpopulated i.e. place of birth etc.
° Click ‘Submit’
Now your profile will be saved with the new information and you will be able to log into Sky Broadband - Home

I have tried all that but no no effect. My outlook works fine using my user name and password but when I try and log in it say that my logon credentials are incorrect! Why can't things just work?

i didnt think they did pop3 i thought they were all webmail?

ill give it a go then with pop3.sky.com etc

Doesn't work for me either - and I had just been at the "enter user detail" stage 10 minutes prior. It said my date of birth was in 1900!!! And when I tried to use this DOB it only lists 1908 as the earliest!!

I'm really hacked off with sky and I really resent having to use a 0870 number to call and resolve thier fcuk up.

I have a similar this issue, although i can log on to sky, but the web mail says i have not got an sky email account, obvioulsy i have beacuse sky gave me one as part of the registration process, anyway after many phone calls to the in-competeant tech support they have decided to tell me its a issue they are aware about with web mail and some users password etc conflict or are not being matched upor some thing like that. they could not give me a date when it would be fixed. i managed to get round the problem by logging in and creating another user and new email...

The username and password that sky sent me DO NOT WORK.
I tried the above psswd reset by NewsreadeR but it keeps telling me answer is incorrect.
I've spent the last hour looking around the forum to try to understand why SKY still has not fixed this issue. How can I read my BB Subscription Contract if I can't access my email
Is everyone still having this issue, what else can I do?????

Answer to what, your security question perhaps. If so you might have to phone up Sky to see what it was.

I think you have to put a new password in,It willnot allow a previous password to be used.
