° Go to
Sky.com - Home
° Click 'login/register'- top right of page
° Click 'password help' (do not enter username at this point)
° Enter 'username'
° Click 'Next'
° Enter security question, answer (usually Mothers Maiden Name)
° Create new password (password must be between 7 and 12 characters with at least 1 number and in lower case)
° If does not accept, try numerous times
° Click 'Next'
° You should get confirmation of new password
° Once this is completed, click ‘My Sky’ tab within sky.com
° Click ‘My Sky Profile’
° Log in with username and (new) password
° Click ‘View My Sky Profile’
° On the bottom right hand side, click ‘Edit’
° If you wish a new password, enter here and update information which is unpopulated i.e. place of birth etc.
° Click ‘Submit’
Now your profile will be saved with the new information and you will be able to log into
