(2) you would think it would be a simple matter for a support team but it seems as though sky are trying to get router money back via expensive support calls which bring no result either.

one good note is they have given money back for activation cost.

I've had the same problem with my password off sky,cant login says password is incorrect, changed my password in skyuser to new one, that works in skyuser but still wont let me login to sky.com for my emails using that password.
