well I tried - then wasted time and money on that phone line - all I got from an incompetent was "try tomorrow" well Freeview and BT are looking very tempting right now.... then I tried and tried again to log in - even began to doubt my mother's maiden name........

Hi, I haven't seen a post from you with any specifics in - do you want to see if someone here can help? If you post some details and any error messages you get perhaps something will click with someone here.

Of course, you may be totally bored of it all by now!

Try creating "add another user" This does not sit inside the email feature but on the main page when logged in.
Once you have done this usually within the week the email comes live. But you also create another account. I did this and now I have a fully working email POP & on the Web

Since I got my email from Sky on 8th Nov I have been able to log in on the sky website but when I click on "Go to Inbox", i just get a message telling me

I am not a new customer, I have been with Sky for about 12 months.

I have called them repeatedly only to be told each time that they are having problems with email and there is nothing they can do, I just have to wait.

Has anyone else had this problem ?

Obviously I cant set this up properly unless I get access to my inbox on the web ? I am absolutely fuming

Thanks for responding, no i hadn't but unfortunately no joy when i did.

I got this message on what looked like a google page

Invalid Email
We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later.

any ideas ?
