Nothing has happened in a few days no re-syncs the stats are the same as the ones posted previously. Does this mean dlm is finished? Mysky says service unavailable?

Dlm seemed to have finished.
So i rang sky, took ages to get through cst, but once through he managed to put my speed right up. He also said that he has set it to 20.5mb, but its syncing less. he said it might go up in a few days.

Is there anyway i could increse the result on the speed test by fitting a new face plate. Because I am using a 20metre rj11 extension to connect my router.

use a longer ethernet cable and a shorter rj11 cable u would see better results
