When speaking to Sky about the new wave of DLM for existing customers, it was hinted at, that Sky would not keep people in the dark. Hopefully the whole experience will be handled differently this time around.

Hmm, I think when the big switch-over occurs, the results will be... "interesting"
Is there a changeover date planned yet or is it another case of "watch this space" or "you'll know when it's hit you " ?

i heard they are doing the same and sending a letter out to everyone about DLM... this is including existing customers...
hoping they might take a leaf out of o2's book...that DLM implementation is very smooth hardly any problems....
