You MUST phone Sky to get the cap lifted, no amount of pretty pictures will change that. If you have phoned Sky and have not had success, then say so.

i wont upload anything i have used the kana to contact sky and answered some questions and now they ask for a masters account and i dont know what that is...

Using the KANA form is not a good idea for speed issues, you are much better phoning, as you have been advised several times. If you had done this 2 weeks ago it would have been fixed by now.

I am not sure what they mean by the Masters account but I would think it is your main Sky account number.
