An upstream of 796kbps was certainly a strong indication of DLM (on a Max connection) when it was running earlier in the year. If it has recently changed then I'm not so sure that Googlme is right in his assertion. If it changed some time ago then that would be from the first DLM "trial".

no my upstream changed this morning i used to be on the old dlm which i then got it changed back to 764 but now its increased AGAIN and im getting stupid disconnections and resyncs all the damn time YET AGAIN

I know how you feel. I was on the original DLM trial (no idea why, my line was fine). That lasted nearly a month. Then it settled down, disconnection free for a few weeks until it started up again about a month ago, with disconnections sometimes every 4 hours, just about on the dot. I got my MAC and moved.

As far as I'm concerned, from personal experience, DLM certainly continued beyond the initial phase so I'm not at all surprised to see other people saying it's (still) active.
