      Uptime 300hours!

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 2045 kbps 412 kbps
Line Attenuation 46 db 14 db
Noise Margin 25 db 19 db

My noise margin is a lot bigger than before the DLM! It was no higher than 5 before that a good thing?

Going to ring again today hopefully their computers are working today! He said he couldn't access my exchange to check my line This usually happen?

a high SNR is a good thing, but as you're on Max and 'only' getting 2Mbps means it's DLM capping your line hard...everything's working Sky's end (or it was yesterday) so if DLM has finished then you can get the line sorted...

Oh two people said they couldn't access the exchange/server to check the status of my line.

If the DLM has finished will it automatically reset my router? I'm tempted to reset myself to see if it speeds up..

Resetting your router will make no difference, the change has to be made at Sky's end. Keep persevering with the phone.

      Re: This DLM lark

Day 19 and I'm stuck on 384kbps. It's crap and unusable.

I'm really annoyed with this, when will it all end? I've begged for my speed back, battered Sky with emails but they just dont seem interested in giving me my 5mb back.

How much longer must this go on? Are there systems still down because they wont even reply to me.

They seem adamant that you must wait out the 20 days. When that period is up, they will put you back to your original settings if the DLM does not work as it should.
