      30 minute wait. Woman said give it 10 days from today and everything should be back to normal.. Hopefully all sorted

      Also tried to get my MySky password but couldn't help me! But she gave us our username and when we went to receive our password it said "! We cannot process your request at this time." So still cant access MySky

      Yer tried on both Firefox and IE same error

      Sky server will be busy. That's a normal error message. It seems to fall over every now and then.

      The sky site was having intermittent problems there for a while i am not sure if this is still going on.

      They said it had finished though - will have to check if its still screwed tonight

      Still on DLM... Rang up sky and they said their server is offline so they cant check my line!
      Told to wait a few more days and ring back if its still 2mb

      You need to go through to the webmail team for that via T1, unfortunately that is a queue that is not short at the best of times. Could try the kana form and tell them your user name, that you cannot access mysky as the sky.com site/ reset system is not recognising your user name. Put the error message in and it may save you a long wait on the phone.
