IF DLM is still running it will undo what was done - hence why Sky aren't meant to configure lines until finished...
if it's finished then they can set it to anything cause it's not gonna start again from what i can gather...

Well finally DLM has finished.
Well called up SKY to reverse the DLM they did on my line AGAIN  . Explained to them that I have called timelessly again and again, day after day for them to reverse the DLM and after those costly calls its not getting me anywhere. They said that they would get somebody to call me after 72 Hours.
20 days + 1 day + ANOTHER 1 DAY + ANOTHER 1 DAY + 72 HOURS (3DAYS) = ME VERY VERY VERY ANGRY
So I thought I will call them again (this time with the ART OF CONVERSATION SWITCHED ON  ). First Thing I said I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER.
He tried so hard to calm me down and then he told me to explain my (LONG) Frustrated story.
After 11 minutes he said that somebody will call me @ 7.00pm GUARANTEED.
So from 72 Hours it went down to 7.00pm today.
Moral of the story tell them you want to speak to the Manager.

why'd you get angry? Sky can't help it if DLM goes longer than it should...
i'd MUCH rather talk to someone who's calm as an angry customer just asks for trouble...
and when you say 'undo the DLM' - if your line was worked on with DLM running no wonder it changed back - hence the process of NOT MAKING CHANGES whilst DLM is in progress...
