      TP-LINK not working with on demand

      Hi

      I am unable to download anything from on demand since moving and needing to use a to extender due to wireless router in another room

      spoke to sky and after testing and a long debate they sold me a replacement sky plus had box and it still doesn’t work.

      Any ideas welcomed.

      As you have got a replacement Sky+ HD box have you downloaded the latest firmware from the DR stream and have you paired your viewing card to the new box?
      Do you get all the channels you subscribe to and does pause work?
      In network settings does Connection to Broadband Router and Connection to On Demand both show "OK"?
      If yes are you able to setup remote recordings and if so do they work?
      If not log in to my Sky go to https://mysky.sky.com/mysky/settings/remote-record and confirm that Remote Record is currently active and that the correct viewing card number is shown.
