My Sky+ HD box is repeatedly losing connection to the On Demand service. The connection to the internet via WiFi remains good throughout and the internet on other devices is never a problem. I can still watch Sky on Demand on my computer from the sky web site. Using a BT Infinity connection with 40+mbs speeds.
I can correct the problem by turning the power off and reconnecting holding down the back up button on the sky box but this is happening at least once a week and sometimes 2-3 times per week.
Any ideas on a permanent solution?
