      Question No connections between on demand box and sky hub SR102

      Using the WPS button, I seems to have connected on on demand box to my Sky Hub SR102. On demand box has two white lights now (instead of just the power on white light before pressing the WPS button to connect)

      However, I am not getting the on demand apps (iPlayer, itv player, etc). When I go into the sky box Settings > Network, this is what I am seeing:
      Connection to Broadband Router FAIL
      Connection to On Demand FAIL
      IP Address of this Sky Box FAIL
      DHCP ON

      I thought if it's connected I should see the wireless name on this screen? Am I missing something and am being a complete idiot?

      Any help will be much appreciated.

      Have you tried connecting using wireless network key rather thank WPS? Try selecting reset in the network settings on the Sky box? Try rebooting the router? Check that On Demand is enabled in your user profile on the sky.com website?
      If not give Sky a call.

      Power the Sky box off after going into Standby, give it a couple of minutes then switch on again. See if you are connecting.

      Thanks both for the replies, after much trial and error attempts last night, I found out what the issue was, the network cable between the sky box and the on demand box was loose at the back of the sky box. Reconnecting resolved this issue straight away and I am now up and running again with on demand.
      Note to self: must remember to check EVERYTHING next time!!!
