      Sky+ Catchup TV and Skygo Catchup downloads paused

      For the last couple of days I have been unable to download any programmes from catchup on either the TV through my Sky+ HD box or on Skygo. I get the message "Download queue is currently paused. Re-start the download in your Sky+ Planner. Press SELECT to continue" on the TV and "catchup not available right now. Try later" on Skygo. On the TV I only have the option to cancel the recording in my planner. I can't even download stuff I have purchased. I can only record live programmes and watch stuff I have already recorded.

      Any suggestions as to what is wrong? Restarting the Sky+ box does not have any effect, and resetting the Sky box is not an option at the moment.

      Try this
      Go to settings>network>scroll down>reset (red button)
      Or
      In planner>downloads select the recording and press the blue button to unpause and resume the download.
