      Missing On Demand

      Anyone else this evening experience problems?
      I have network OK (Ethernet)
      I have a tab marked showcase with some blank icons (pictures) but if I click on them they work, but none of the usual BBC,ITV 4OD etc.

      I've just tried 'Doctors' in the BBC 1 section and that was fine.

      Could I ask you to see how full the 'Deleted' tab in the planner is please? If you have a lot there, could I ask you to purge the contents and try again.

      We have two boxes and both were showing tge same missing tabs.

      I have the same problem, only Showcase tab under On Demand. I have cleared the deleted tab in the planner but no change. Network appears to be O.K and I reconnected it just in case. Any other suggestions?

      The next step would be to power cycle the STB (i.e. switch off the mains power for say 30 seconds) and see if this helps.

      If that fails, perform a planner rebuild.

      Mine came back without any user intervention. Not had it since.

      I saw exactly the same symptoms about a week ago. A power cycle of the box fixed it.
