Yes, the switching process has become complicated and messy.

I would suggest get a MAC from Sky - if BT don't want it or need it to process your order then there's no harm done. Just make sure you don't use the words "cancel" or "cease" when you speak to Sky, otherwise your service might be terminated before BT service begins! You are migrating to another provider not cancelling.

      Back To Square One :(

So both Sky and BT have messed up my orders.
Sky couldn't give any reasons why it failed nor that it wouldn't happen again.

BT just had the nerve to say switch my line back first then I can order fibre!! Needless to say I just cancelled my BT order

Looks like I'm destined to be stuck on 3mb ADSL

Re: Sky LLU to BT Infinity

There is obviously something on your line that is playing havoc with your ability to order a Fibre based product.

You may wish to see if you can find out what this is before proceeding with any order.

If they are interested, contact Ofcom to see what they suggest.

P.S. I've moved your latest post to join your previous thread as it helps to keep the same issue in one place.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps (in inital connection time)
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
