Sky LLU to BT Infinity
Is a mac code required if i'm switching from Sky LLU Phone line and Broadband over to BT Phone Line and Infinity?
I've had a look at various forums and they all give conflicting answers

Re: Sky LLU to BT Infinity
Yes, the switching process has become complicated and messy.
I would suggest get a MAC from Sky - if BT don't want it or need it to process your order then there's no harm done. Just make sure you don't use the words "cancel" or "cease" when you speak to Sky, otherwise your service might be terminated before BT service begins! You are migrating to another provider not cancelling.

So get it anyway so Sky know what is going on.

They wouldn't give one. Said its not needed and once BT contact them they will know.

Back To Square One :(
So both Sky and BT have messed up my orders.
Sky couldn't give any reasons why it failed nor that it wouldn't happen again.
BT just had the nerve to say switch my line back first then I can order fibre!! Needless to say I just cancelled my BT order
Looks like I'm destined to be stuck on 3mb ADSL

Re: Sky LLU to BT Infinity
There is obviously something on your line that is playing havoc with your ability to order a Fibre based product.
You may wish to see if you can find out what this is before proceeding with any order.
If they are interested, contact Ofcom to see what they suggest.
P.S. I've moved your latest post to join your previous thread as it helps to keep the same issue in one place.
