Question Cancel All Services & Setup. Help Please!

      Hi,

I'm looking to cancel all my Sky services and move broadband providers, can someone help me with the best way to go about doing this?

      I currently have:
Sky Line Rental with Sky Talk
      Sky Unlimited Boradband
Sky TV with HD Subscription + ESPN

I've passed my 12month contract on all of these services

Now i'd like to move to BT line rental, Be Broadband and just use the SkyHD box as freesat.

Whats the best way of doing this? I guess i need a BT line for Be broadband, ive gone on the BT site and it says it can transfer my line to BT on the 13th July without any engineer charges etc (great!)

Now if i place this with BT will this automatically contact Sky to remove my sky line rental & Sky talk? and will it also disconnect by broadband at the same time?
I understand i will need to ring them about the TV package where theres a 31day cancellation.

Do i need to contact SKY for a MAC code or do i just wait for the BT line to swap over then place the order with Be?

      Its all very confusing!

Any help would be much appreciated

      Thanks!

If BT take the line it may cut off your SKY Talk and Broadband services all together, once this takes place you will probably have to phone sky and cancel them. If however your sky broadband stays back on after this then you can get a mac code from them and pass it onto Be.
Your right in that you just give them 31 days notice to cancel the tv.

If you are canceling the services, make sure you put it in writing 30 days before you leave as well as they may carry on charging you after you have left them.

      someone will post address
