Yes it took 20 mins to explain i can get better upload speeds over on o2 for around the the same price!! but they were jibbering on about how ive got the max downstream which i alread bloody know i just wanted a MAC code not a 20 min explanation of something i already know

i really cant wait to leave now....Roll on 3 days time...

Im a college student that uploads files of 50mb now on sky this is painfully slow to do! on o2 ill upload it in half the time!!!

Sky are good but sometimes they really let themseleves down...
