actually some of our members who were early sign ups still cannot connect, at this point no pattern has been identified in who can and can't access the portal.

I set it up perfectly. When does the additional email address become active? It currently says Email address is: xyz@xyz.com (what I used for the confirmation Email) and not what it should be e.g. user@sky.com

@ thosmos

also if you've got "I" in your password, try also using "l" because they basically look the same, the font they're using on the letter confuses users what characters they are, drats...

Re: Sky Portal - Adding Additional Emails

apparently a lot of users are getting this problem. Once u have navigated the minefield that is getting into skyBB.com then u have a choice. To set up aditional email addresses each one requires a sub-account
go to sky.com set up another profile, use it to log into skyBB.com and set an email address then.

Re: Sky Portal - Adding Additional Emails

I used to have a problem logging into my sky email. Rang tech support. The gentleman I've spoken with told me to log-on to Sky.com - Home Once there, You'll be able to change the password they sent you. Turns out I have to wait for one day to reset it coz they are posting a security question after calling them. The security question is: "what is your mother's maiden name?" The chap told me that I can set up my sky account to Outlook Express. I was able to access my mails since then... lol
