Configure POP3 / IMAP with Apple Mail 1 Jaguar

Configure your email program:

1. Open Apple Mail.
2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences.
3. Click the Add Account button.
4. Click on the Account Information tab.
5. Click the arrow box on the Account Type pop-up list and choose POP or IMAP.
6. In the Description field, type a description for the mailbox server.
7. In the Email Address field, type your full Sky email address.
8. In the Full Name field, type your name.
9. In the Incoming Mail Server field, type pop.tools.sky.com for POP or imap.tools.sky.com for IMAP.
10 In the User Name field, type your full Sky email address.
11. In the Password field, type your Sky email password.
* Note: Your password is case sensitive! Make sure CAPS LOCK is off when typing it.
12. Click the arrow box on the Outgoing Mail Server pop-up list and choose Add server.
13. In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type smtp.tools.sky.com.
14. Enter 587 in the box next to Server Port.
15. Check the box next to Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
16. Click the arrow box on the Authentication pop-up list and choose Password.
17. In the User Name field, type your full Sky email address.
18. In the Password field, type your password.
19. Click the OK button.
20. Click on the Advanced tab and check the box next to Use SSL.
* Ensure the port changes to either 995 for POP3 or 993 for IMAP.
21. Click the OK button.
22. Close the Accounts window.
