Hello everyone.
As a few of you may have noticed, skyuser has recently started hosting tutorial made in flash so the tutorials are in video and some with audio also.
What we need from you are your thoughts and ideas on what you would like to see as a video tutorial.
We hope that once the new tutorial area of the portal, (which is currently in the process of being designed and coded), has been completed that we will already have a reasonable collection of video tutorials to host.
As we are creating a new tutorials/support section to the SkyUser portal we are looking at creating a Content/Tutorial Team. The main purpose of this group would be to assist in developing content and tutorials for the SkyUser portal. If you are interested and would like to volunteer and donate some of your available time in doing this then please send a PM to
NewsreadeR , including your name, your strengths (eg writing news articles), your reasons for wishing to volunteer and how you think you could benefit the team.
So if there are things you have struggled with, for instance changing the password for your sky router or enabling remote access etc, then please leave a reply with your thoughts and suggestions.
Please note though as the tutorials are written by normal users who volunteer their time, that it may not be an immediate uptake and could take a week or two in order to complete.
