      Re: Internet Browsing Issue

Following a recent Windows update, we are aware of an issue with McAfee security software which is preventing customers from browsing. In order to resolve this issue please temporarily un-install this programme and restart your device. Once restarted, please go to http://home.mcafee.com for further instructions

so if you're affected, how do you see the message?

Didn't you get issued with your crystal ball when you joined Sky?

Seems Sky are blaming Windows for a McAffee blunder.

No, all I got was a free Sky Box Office movie when I joined Sky

No mention of any crystal ball. Should I get in touch with the CEO to complain that they didn't send me one?

Or should I just threaten to go to VM/BT Vision/TalkTalk Youview (delete as applicable)?
