      The issue is no one knows when Parceline would pick the parcel up....

      I just don't understand.... BuckleZ's and my requests were sent on the same day even the same time.(9:03 22/03/2007) However, Parceline picked BuckleZ's on the same day and delivered at next working day. And Parceline hasn't picked up mine yet!! That's ridiculous! Sigh....

      I agree it is, I'm clueless to why they wouldn't collect yours when they collected mine.

      Hi BuckleZ,

      Sorry for the late reply as I was busy this week.

      I managed to borrow a Sky router/box from a colleague last Saturday night. Surprisingly it works!!!

      Finally, my Sky router arrived at Monday morning. Then one of customer service rep Claire rang me to confirm whether it's delivered and provide 10.xx credits to my account.

      Sigh... I should manage to borrow a Sky router earlier, so that I don't need to keep arguing with Sky and I'm so tired about it. Although the issue is sorted out, I think I'll write to Sky and Watchdog to make a complaint about this story.

      Fingers crossed! Hope everything is fine now....
