      Re: Sky box re-delivery

I was told any dialup costs or calls to Sky would be taken care of, just to send the bill to their customer services with all the calls highlighted. Whether they pay up or not is another question.

I was also told it takes 5 working days - i argued that it wasn't good enough. Mine should arrive soon.

Going by that screenshot - yours was also sent Next Day - therefore you should recieve it today.

I found the parceline site a bit crap for tracking. Try Interlink express - parcel delivery next day - carrying your reputation (they are a part of Parceline i think maybe the name they go by here in Ireland) but their tracking script is better

      Re: Sky box re-delivery

I just checked both Parceline and InterlinkExpress website. The status still shows "22 Mar 2007 09:03 Leicester Customer data received ". So what is happening now? Sky is driving me crazy!!

I use my O2 contract phone to ring Sky customer service as the 0870 numbers are counted as inclusive mins. So I don't think I can claim any telephone costs from them as these calls are part of my inclusive mins. However, can I claim my alternative internet access costs by using Vodafone 3G Data Package? (52.88/month)

Does it mean that it would take 5 working days to process the delivery??? Should I ring up and argue with them again?

      Re: Sky box re-delivery

Just spoke to Sky again. Kathy(team manager) said that Parceline hasn't collected the parcel yet and asked me to wait for 3-5 working days. Although I explained that one of sky users (BuckleZ) get his router delivered next day and why I need to wait for another couple working days, she still said nothing she can do as Parceline hasn't pick up the parcel yet. The only thing she can do is to put a note asking for urgent delivery once Parceline collect it.

What a nightmare! I shouldn't order it before holidays. If I order it when I back on 28/02/2007, I should successfully receive the router and enjoy the high-speed internet.....

      To BuckleZ:

Could you please advise me how I can ask Sky to deliver my router at next working day?

I just checked the parceline website and it seems the parcel hasn't picked up yet.... I really wish I can drive to Leicester and pick it up in person.

      Re: Sky box re-delivery

From your tracking it shows NextDay - it will be sent next-day when Parceline pick it up, which will prob be Monday now.
