      Tier2 / Tier3 Callback

      Hi Guys,

      spoke with Tier1 on sat night, regarding my 2mbit loss of sync speed (I've lost 2mbit!) Got a ticket number, when am I likely to get the callback from Tier2? Trouble is I suspect it's a line or exchange issue so probably Tier3 need to look?

      I think "don't hold your breath" is about the best way to sum it up if you read a few of the problem threads in the forum.

      threw caution to the wind, and phoned them. got through in <1min, and told to wait till thurs for callback....

      it is in Tier3's queue though

      I'm not a sky user I'm just looking through the forums trying to decide if i should make the jump or not.
      My view having read many threads is if Sky BB works fine if it doesn't prepare for the worst,it would seem the sales side of customer support do a good job, the teck side leaves a lot to be desired.

      On the subject of CS calling people back i wish i had 1 for every thread here that says something like "tier ? said they would call me back and they haven't" i would be able to but my own ISP
