      came home today and sky was all active and working fine except for the speed of it. I am only getting around 3.5meg but i am on the max package

      DSL ZoneUK - Speed test result

      we are only 700 meters away from the exchange.

      here is some of my router stats

      I have turned off UPNP. Any ideas why it is so slow?

      lol i want everything! just feel a bit ripped off if i am paying for 16 and getting 3. i would like something around 10meg as i know you are not going to achive 16meg

      Well your actually connection at 14645kbps. Have you tried running the TCP Optimiser. Seems to have worked for a lot of people. Link below:

      Optimising your Broadband Connection

      You only need to run it once and you can always change the settings back if there is no improvement.

      If i am connected at 14645, should i in theory be getting transfer rates closer to 14k rather than the 3k i am getting at the mo.
